Avis Toys included, waterfront bed and BREAKFAST

Hi future guest and friends. This review confuses me. The description of the property (4th sentence) states lower level of my home. The description also reads the other room , bedroom /common area. Never states there is a 2nd bedroom. Please read or you can look at the pictures. Also there is a full kitchen with everything you need but food. Cookware , spices and all utensils for cooking inside and out. This is a 1100 sq foot apartment , could be why the apartment size sink and frigerator. I love to cook so I put a full size stove in. You could also see that in the pictures if you don’t read right joe. Now for the sleeping arrangements, queen bed in the BEDROOM and in the bedroom / common area there is a queen pull out sofa, full day bed, full conversion sofa and a trundle. That is beds for 9 and we also offer 2-queen air mattress for extra friends and family. As for my breakfast , I am not required to serve you breakfast and you do not pay extra for it. . I do so because I love to cook. I added a photo of my menu so that you may see that it take some time to prepare some of items. Not a lot to ask for a delicious free breakfast right Joe! My apartment/unit is everything I have described and took plenty of pictures of everything. I would hope my future guest having better reading skills or at least understand pictures. From the time Joe and Linda( his wife) pulled in the driveway they were unhappy and rude. No communication skills, they do not like the outside, and I think they are very unhappy people. We have a beautiful property here to have tons of fun. Most bed and breakfast are a social place to vacation , my you have a lot of privacy. But most you share common area. I have been open for 5 years, I have super host status and my property is rated 5 stars with hundreds of reviews . I just love hosting for my guest , so many great people. But there’s always one that should stay with hotels.
