Jakob the host was great! Quick to answer any questions. The place was clean and just a short walk to the lovely town center.

This is a great little flat for a stay in Newbury. Walking distance to Sainsbury's and the town centre. There is a busy road nearby, but only the kitchen and bathroom face that direction, so it's very quiet.
