Wow! What an amazing stay. 5 star experience from the seamless check-in all the way to the smooth check-out.
Staff were exceptionally polite and attentive. Food and wine selection was phenomenal.
A huge thank you to the Duty Manager Megan and Anna at the Spa in particular who made our stay truly memorable. Also thanks to Jasmine and Ruby helping to make arrangements for our stay.

The service and people are 5*, friendly, helpful, knowledgable- can’t fault them at all. The property however is not 5*, it’s quite old fashioned, the luxury spa is, luxury if it was 1990. The loungers in the pool area were uncomfortable, and the facilities were very basic. The bathroom in our room had a shower over the bath and the bath was so tall at the sides I needed assistance to step in and out. I am not very tall, but this was an issue for me. The breakfast was tasty but the arrangement of options for continental and adding a hot dish and hot drinks is slightly odd, but overall, overpriced. The restaurant in the evening was very good, as was the wine selection, and again the service there was outstanding. Mixed review, so excellent elements, some improvements needed for full 5* experience.
