Publié le 4 janv. 2025 sur HomeAwayBeckoning Bay cottage is a warm and welcoming place to relax and enjoy time with family. The cottage is clean and comfortable, and David, the host, is easy to communicate with and more than kind. The big porch is absolutely beautiful, and we spent a good deal of time watching the ducks and geese. There are many trails to choose from for walking nearby. We would not hesitate to book one of David’s properties again in the future.

Sunny on the River with Ducks
Publié le 10 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe were having a delightful stay until we noticed that there was no heat but from the fire place. Unfortunately, we had to leave in the middle of our stay. Vrbo gave us a refund. I would stay there again. Lovely and sunny. Excellent Property Manager.

While there is seldom a good time for a furnace "to die", Thanksgiving week in Maine's November temperatures, is not one of them--especially for guests! I am grateful for their understanding about this unfortunate experience. A full refund is but a small gesture...

Our best Maine stay
Publié le 2 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe have stayed in several places in Maine over the years and we finally have found our favorite. It has a great view over the water with a dock for kayaking and the wonderful large porch where we spent most of our time. The house is very well stocked and equipped, which made our stay so easy. Damariscotta is a great central location for visiting sights and our friends in the area and the house is close to this fun town but in a quiet spot. We are looking forward to our stay next year.

Wonderful Respite in Maine
Publié le 31 août 2024 sur HomeAwayOur stay in Newcastle/Damariscotta was great. The property was pleasant, quiet and beautiful. The property manger, Dave, was helpful, pleasant and always available. Mid-coast Maine is beautiful and is a regular vacation spot in Maine. Nothing here to complain about. Would highly recommend theproperty and the area.
