Overpriced and the staff cleaned the room when I did not have the sign on to clean room

Thank you for your feedback Jack, we are sorry you did not enjoy your stay.You chose the more expensive King room option when you booked, there were queen rooms substantially cheaper available. You also had full breakfast for you and your partner during your stay included.Rooms are serviced daily unless a 'do not disturb sign' is displayed.

I stayed at the Best Western Blackbutt Inn in June 24. This was a last minute booking for me and I was not disappointed. From the moment I checked with Karen at reception the service was wonderful. Karen walked me around the property showing me meal options, room location and even organised my motorbike to be parked securely under the property. As a single traveller in my 40s this attention to detail from the staff is what sets the property apart. The location of this hotel was easy to get to from the A1 and also to return to the M1. Restaurant located on the property had a great range of meals. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I highly recommended this hotel if you are looking to explore the Newcastle/Hunter Region.

Staff were really helpful.and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. The music from the pub was loud until just before midnight, I guess it was to be expecting above a pub but other then that, it was a nice place to stay. I would definitely stay again. .
