Parking is terrible, I don't want to park on the street overnight it doesn't feel safe. The bathrooms are outdated, the carpet isn't great. The pool closes too early at night and there's no gym. Not what I'd expect from a Mercure more like an Ibis.

Good, clean value for money option for those not wanting prime waterview locations. Easy walk to Honeysuckle. Friendly welcome, simple easy access to car park, close to supermarket, eateries etc.

Bathroom needs renovations cracked tiles in bath/ shower area near taps fixed with no more gaps not replaced. Overall batheroom needs renovation other than than that room comfortable.

Very handy central location. Everything a short walk away. The staff were very helpful.
