Decent for one night stay
The A/C struggled to keep the room cool and desperately needs a service. Neither swing function worked so cool air hit one part of the room and the ceiling fan only had one low speed and didn't do a great job of moving the air. The room was insulated from the noise of the street and pub which was a relief. It wasn't too bad for one night but I wouldn't do a multi-night stay.

When I made my reservation, I didn't know this hotel was one of the historic buildings in Hamilton. I'm amazed by the traditional layout design in the pub and dining area and the modern upgrades in the accommodation.

Was extremely nousy on Friday and Saturday night due to the loud music and singing late into the night. You wouldn't want to stay here if you're trying to get some rest. However is its very conveniently located and if you like the singing the music then I guess it is ideal.
