I had broken my leg prior to staying here and the reception desk were very helpful, making sure my car park was the closest one to the building. I very much appreciated the service because it made things much easier for me and the best part was they did it without me even asking.

It's conveniently located right in the city center, and the staff are very friendly. However, there is some traffic and bar music noise, and the facilities, especially the Wi-Fi speed, are a bit run under.

A beautiful one bedroom apartment, clean and fresh with full kitchen and laundry facilities in the apartment. Helpful, friendly staff.

Great stay in Newcastle
Publié le 8 juill. 2024 sur HotelsWe enjoyed our 2 night stay at Quest Newcastle for a family getaway. The check in process was seamless, the apartment had everything we needed and was comfortable. The beds could’ve done with a pillow top as it was a bit firm and springy but other than that we had a good stay and would choose to stay here again.
