This place is extremely rundown, dirty and in disrepair. Room was dirty upon arrival, hair in the tub, trash strewn about in common areas. The stairs and sidewalks leading to rooms on upper floors are crumbling uneven and not safe. Room had dispenser for body wash and shampoo which were completely empty. No amenities or services and charged as much or more than other properties that do offer. Most outside lights are not working, it's dark, dingy, run down and needs to be heavily remodeled. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

If you had stayed at our hotel, you would noticed that we are under remodling and if you had any issues or problems, you should've came down to the front desk to address them to anyone who was on site. Best of luck and safe travels

There were no soap shampoo or conditioner. Hair dryer was broken and lamps were not dusted

Reasonable facility, tv, fridge, microwave plugged into an extension that was too short so it all hung from the outlet, a little unsafe. The shower head moved around in the wall. But the beds were ok.

We did not stay there, due to a family emergency, which required us to keep on traveling. I tried to cancel the reservation prior to our arrival, but due to internet reception going on and out, I kept getting a message that the site was not available. Drove across the street to the hotel & asked for a refund. Heidi, the on-duty clerk was extremely rude & kept saying she had already cancelled it. We were told we had used a one-time-use credit card & they could not refund our money, because we had booked through Expedia only minutes prior to arriving. She called her manager, Mike, while we were there & after a few minutes reiterated she could not give us a refund. I took the phone h talked to Mike h was told the same thing Heidi had said about no refund. There was a huge dog laying on the floor in the lobby that growled at us when we came in. He stopped when she said something to him. Honestly, I cannot believe Wyndom would actually attach their name to this place. I have pictures of the lobby & outside under the portico where remodeling is being done. There was also an awful smell in the lobby. I can only envision what the rooms were like. I would like an Expedia manager or a Wyndham rep to contact me. I do not condone behavior that was displayed to me by the clerk. I finally asked for a copy of t the checkout invoice; which she gave me. We tried to contact Wyndom but were disconnected. She then walked out to our car and apologized to my husband.

When you book a room online through Expedia and use your credit card, they send us a one time single use card which is NONE REFUNDABLE, we cannot refund a single use card. It is policy that we have to follow aswell as 24 hour cancelation policy. Thank you and have safe travels

I would recommend this hotel. They are doing some rejuvenating on the outside, but the rooms are clean and spacious. Continental breakfast is a plus.
