We were very upset with how the staff treating to gusts and at that point, I even thought for a moment to ring the police or our lawyer. Three people mentioned that each of them is the Inn manager at three different time; even difficult to make a complaint. Very very rude. The staff asked to leave us if we don’t want to stay at around 9.00pm at night. Very disappointed. It is obvious that the management is not caring/ less caring about customer service.
We simply asked for the receipt for credit card payment and the staff refused and strongly verbally harassed us. He asked to read the booking confirmation and the company can not give receipts at all. That is completely illegal in Australia: I have nothing against him personally as he looks like immigrant who has no clue about what he was doing except treating: I felt like he was going to hit me any time with his body language.
I am thinking to send group memo to all of our group of companies, partners, clients and members the description of what we experienced and think twice for any business/official/work stays in this place. As we don't want any Australian to face such inconveniences and bullying.
However, we informed the company CEO in writing about our inconvenience and unethical customer handling. Waiting to hear
This is the first time we experienced such disappointment from hotel industry: No way we recommend to anyone who anticipates peace of mind and quality service (actually, any sort of service) at all.

Quality hotel not what I expected on par with all the big hotels. Keep up the great service

Another $100 "pre-auth" scam & 28 days for refund!
