Stayed one night on a business trip, room was a good size, bed only had two very firm pillows so not the best nights sleep and I was right by a very noisy corridor door that woke me up several times. I couldn’t use the spa facilities as these closed at 8pm which is rather early for midweek. The food in the bar was great and the staff were very friendly

Disappointment
Publié le 21 oct. 2024 sur HotelsHotel old and very tired, beds VERY uncomfortable as were pillows. Carpets a little sticky. I would say this hotel needs a complete refurb. No water in room, sheets were bobbled. Bar closes at 10:45 on sat with no room service. Quite disappointed really and will not return. Felt was overpriced and underdelivered.

Hello, so sorry you left disappointed. The whole hotel is in a state of refurbishment. I will pass your comments to housekeeping regarding the beds and bedding. The bar does close at 11pm each night unless pre arranged for an event. We hope you do choose to try us again so we can change that disappointment to a happy face.

Have stayed at hotel a number of times previously. Last stay four years ago, Rooms / en-suites are now very tired and scruffy.
Room wasn’t clean, cup was dirty.
However reception and restaurant staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Sorry to hear that you found your room dated, we are currently in the process of redecorating our bedrooms but due to the size of the hotel we are doing this is phases. In regards to the temperature of your room, if this had of been reported to reception at the time we could have rectified this for you.
