This hotel exceeded our expectations, excellent city centre location, but very quiet and good security especially at the weekends. Great breakfast no queues. Lovely pleasant efficient staff who helped to make our stay enjoyable. Having the room serviced each day felt a real treat, this seems to have disappeared in many hotel chains. We will stay again.

My go to hotel in Newcastle.
This is my go to hotel when visiting Newcastle. Not only is it across the street from the train station, it is a lovely hotel which is so reasonable priced. Breakfast is included in price and very tasty. The rooms are spacious, clean and have everything you will need. Staff are friendly and welcoming. We were able to get into the room early which was great! Highly recommend the hotel, and look forward to our next trip.

From start to leaving we had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. Very convenient if travelling by train and easy to get around from it postion. Good standard rooms and good breakfast not a large choice but very adequate. Staff very helpful.

Down in Newcastle for work. The hotel is a bit tired. Staff are lovely but as your slap bang in the middle of town the place is a bit rowdy to say the least
