très bon hôtel

Ça concernait un déplacement professionnel, l'hôtel était tout près du lieu de ma visite. C'est la troisième fois que je m'y rends, c'est un bon hôtel.

Not a normal classy Hilton, hole in the roof outside our room, £211 for a very small queen room, when we got there we couldn’t eat or drink as there was loads of Sunderland’s fans that had taken over the hotel couldn’t even sit down anywhere except our bed in our room, didn’t include breakfast and from past experience staying in a double room was bigger than a queen. Complete rip off

Used for theatre visit, 20 mins walk Nice lobby and other areas looked nice but we didn’t use them

Fantastic hotel.

Fantastic hotel. So clean and tidy. Comfy beds. Giant TV screen. Crabtree and Evelyn products in bathrooms. My only complaint is the duvets were too thin for Autumn and I was cold in the night. Tried to put heating on but didn't work.
