They gave us a room with a full and 4 bunk beds. The lighting is terrible. Not one light switch in the whole place. They weren’t busy yet out is way down the hall with a bunch of little kids. Front desk girl was less than pleasant. Dining staff was great. Concert was great, Bed was lumpy and pillows sucked.

My husband and I drove about an hour and a half and was extremely pleased with our experience. We went for a concert it was awesome the staff that we had encountered were top notch. Rooms was clean comfortable. Water park enjoyed it immensely. Was our best experience on getting away, comfortable relaxed environment. This is a must return. Thank you seven clans for a great experience.

Bring Clorox wipes
Cleanliness of the bunks in the room was a little questionable. Bring Clorox wipes and be prepared to wipe down the bunks if you're booking a family suite. Overall it was a decent stay, we were just a little taken back that the bunk beds weren't clean.

Hotel and water park were clean. Staff was nice and helpful. My only negative was our meal in the casino restaurant. The burgers were terrible. Didn't resemble a beef patty, maybe too many fillers,? Anyway that and one lady in the Arcade area was kind of rude to the kids, but she changed her tone when an adult was with them.

Filthy locker room.
Park was cool. Locker room was absolutely unusable. It was so dirty. Dirty diapers everywhere mold everywhere water that wouldn’t drain everywhere trash over flowing toilets were filthy snack bar was out of everything and the beds were incredibly hard. No pullout couches. We booked a two rooms and ended up with six people and two beds.
