Quaint Cottage
Publié le 3 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayNice little cottage in neighborhood of about 20 similar houses. Easy access from main road. My only advice to owner is to remove a lot of the knick knacks, there’s too much stuff in such a small house. We would stay here again.

Publié le 20 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThis place is great. My wife and I found the accommodations and amenities more than enough. So generous for the size of the place. We even did a load of laundry before we left!
Perhaps the best aspect was falling asleep to the sound of the river yards from the back door. So unbelievably relaxing!!
The only thing I feel the need to mention is that the photos don't show this cabin's proximity to the surrounding cabins. I'm glad we didn't know before booking, or it might have changed our minds. Just know it's close quarters. That said, the charm and delight quickly over-rode our initial dismay, and we thoroughly enjoyed the rest of our stay.
Definitely booking again!

Perfect Mountain Cabin
Publié le 17 août 2024 sur HomeAwayAbsolutely delightful stay. Kathy was responsive and accommodating. The cabin was clean and as cute as can be. The location is convenient to Linville, Banner Elk, Grandfather Mountain and Sugar and Beech Mountains.

cottage style and grace
Publié le 13 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThis property is nestled among the trees - with an audible delight and surprise: a babbling brook in the back yard just off the deck. We played guitar for nature and took in the fresh air and hospitality. Kathy was wonderful making sure every detail was perfect for our out-n-about excursions to Linville Falls, the Boone Fork Trail Hike and the Owl's Eye swimming hole. We are definitely coming back.

Best Friend weekend
