The layout of hotel is so weird and only 1 elevator in the premises. You have to drag suitcase on the type of carpet that quite difficult to roll our bags. 3 of us checked in and no service offered from bell service to bring up luggage to our room.

A welcoming spot.
We had a two night stay and enjoyed the facilities on many levels. We ate fabulous bar food and enjoyed great live music while eating. We also took advantage of the pool and spa (but not the gym which looked very well setup). The staff couldn’t have been nicer from the chamber maids to the reception and bar/waiting staff.The rooms are comfortable and well proportioned. We’ll definitely be going back soon. Thanks Steve

I do not understand why bathrooms fans run for so long after use. Some wear & tear issues could be easily fixed by an attentive housekeeper and maintenance person. For example why do sofas at corridor ends lack legs? Corridor carpets may need replacement. Pictures should hang straight. Superb service from white haired waiter in Pub. Breakfast service was also very good.

Very clean and beautiful on the inside. Room was very comfortable and clean. Just the layout is sprawling and on one floor - just gave me the feel sometimes of a retirement home. Really appreciate that the pool staff allowed my son and I to toss a ball back and forth in the pool. My son was disappointed in the "leisure centers" in Ireland. We knew you had to wear swim caps, but the pools are very blah workout style pools and that is all a kid can do (you can't use the jacuzzi, sauna, steam room unless you are 16).

Overall an average hotel, price was a bit steep for a Monday night, the bar food was less than mediocre and the service there matched it. The breakfast was good lots of choice and friendly staff

Great family location with all the amenities. Dining and bar inside which was nice since we were road weary and didn’t want to go out to dine. All staff people were super nice. Beds very comfy. I highly recommend this place.

Unique experience
Beautiful experience. The service is excellent, the Hitel is situated in a beautiful surrounding. Breakfast was included and had great choices . The pub in the Inn had great food and drink choices. The only thing that can be improved is the carpet . Very old carpeting. If that was updated , this place would be 5+star for me in all ways . However it is a place I would love to rebook . The staff are amazing. Always willing to help with a smile .

Great place to stay
It was my first visit to Ireland and chose this place due to the distance from where I needed to visit. Beautiful surroundings and very family friendly. Staff are friendly and always available to help. Carpets are a little outdated , but the facilities are great. My little niece enjoyed the play area especially. I would definitely want to stay here on my next visit as well.
