Quiet place to stay and the staff is respectful, nice size TV in my room, overall good value for what you pay.

First, they charge a $50 deposit on non-smoking rooms, but it is not listed anywhere on their site or Expedia. Then was charged an extra $20 on top of that for no reason. The sink was disgusting and the floor was sticky. Just didn't feel very clean and the area around felt unsafe.

Thank you for the review. As I explained, the deposit is because we have had many people smoke in non smoking rooms. Thank you for bringing the room condition to my attention, this will be addressed. We did not charge your card an additional 20. That is something you will need to take up your ba Also as mentioned, you had a receipt showing what we charged, and per your account the amount showing was “pending”. We cannot control the policy of each issuing bank. I in fact told you to call the bank and I can gave the deposit removed immediately so you do t have to wait till Tuesday, but you declined that offer. I hope you stay with us again in the future.

Found a dildo under bed

Thank you for the review. This was not brought to our attention when found. Our bed bases are all the way to the floor so extremely hard to find any object underneath unless the bed frame was lifted off the ground. I apologize and assure you our rooms are checked before giving clearance to rent. I hope we have to opportunity to earn your business again.
