Pros: cost efficient, convenient to dining and shopping, comfortable beds, and not rushing to check out Cons: stained: towels, lampshades, wash cloths, hand towels; mold on ceiling in bathroom plus mildew smell in room & bathroom The tub often would contain sediment that would continue to appear even after cleaning; Being asked us if we took one of their pillows. We definitely didn't take their formless, poor quality pillow. Loud, repetitive or random sounds during average sleeping and waking hours. My husband and I brought our own pillows because we know hotels pillows aren't always the best. We were also asked if we had a room at the hotel while we were sitting in our car in the parking. Trust me, there's better places to casually sit if we didn't have a room there.

Wouldn’t Honor Booking Price

I booked with this hotel for family who in town because they were affected by Hurricane Helene, when they went to check in the hotel didn’t want to honor the price that was given through Hotels.com. We decided to check in elsewhere!

Overnight stop on way to Florida

Very easy check in even though we were late at night. Gave us a good room on the ground floor and advised us on the best place to park. Very friendly. Clean room. Breakfast was delicious waffles. Would stay there again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a terrible experience. I was bitten by bugs that were in the bed sheets, and the bites caused swelling and itching that lasted for several days. This is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel of any standard. Cleanliness should be a top priority, but clearly, this was not the case here. I strongly advise future guests to reconsider staying at this property until they address their hygiene and cleanliness issues. Very disappointing.
