The beautiful beaches of Corona Del Mar are the perfect spots to visit. This charming home with all the modern amenities, 2 bikes included lots of amenities beach chairs, a beach cart, and beach umbrellas including Central A/C. Large kitchen with an island. Just outside the door is a patio with a wonderful view. This 2-bedroom 1.5 bath sleeps 4 comfortably. A short walk to the sand. The neighborhood is a very peaceful place. There is a one-car garage, and compact to midsize car fits best.

The interior is decorated with a nautical theme. The house sits on the corner of a great neighborhood. All the neighbors will be walking their dogs and waving hello. The beach house is located in a nice, quiet, and friendly neighborhood within walking or biking distance of shops, restaurants, and the beach. Disney and so many other Southern California attractions are a short drive from the house. Lots of extra amenities, well-stocked kitchen and bath. Fully private washer and dryer, all the laundry supplies needed. A large patio to relax in the mornings or evenings, patio furniture, BBQ. There are boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrellas, and sand toys for kids.

A short walk to the end of the street is a great beach called Pirates Cove. Centrally located to so many attractions!! South Coast Plaza for world-class shopping is 10 min, away. Pelican Hill Golf Resort for world-class golfing is 10 minutes away! Catalina Flyer is minutes away. Jump on board and take a 45-minute cruise to the enchanting Catalina Island. Book a whale watching trip!! In the same location, Bring back your catch and grill it on your patio! For a romantic charm, rent a gondola to float through the Newport harbor, or take a sunset cruise through the harbor.

Most of the visitors in this neighborhood you will see walking around. You will enjoy the atmosphere/ temperature as you ride your bike or walk around town! This is an great location just down the street is a grocery store and multiple restaurants. This location is a place where you can walk out your front door and down the street to swim with dolphins or go paddle board in the marina. Everything you need is within biking or walking distance. Some guests don't even rent a car!

Beautiful, clean, stunning location
Stayed here for a short weekend with my husband and two friends. The house was perfect for what we needed. The house was immaculately clean, had just enough space for the four of us, and the location couldn't be beat. We especially loved the front porch area with seating and a view of the ocean. Walking distance to many restaurants and of course, the beach! Highly recommend.

Charming!
My mom and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming beach cottage in Corona del Mar. Rich (property mgr) was so helpful. I grew up in the area, so I knew the tight squeeze of homes on the street and the lack of "privacy" when sitting on the patio as walkers passed by. This wasn't an issue for us, but something to consider if you're seeking privacy as you're enjoying the outdoor area. The house is on the corner of a fairly busy street, so during the day, there's a little traffic noise, but we didn't hear a thing in the evenings/night. Also, absolutely follow the guidelines Rich and Sheryl send ahead of time...especially for the garage. A smaller sized vehicle is all that will fit. The house was clean and we had eveything we needed. We loved the location, seeing the ocean, and taking daily walks around beautiful CDM. I'm returning to the area next year and will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Vacation Spot!
Our family of four had the best long weekend stay at the Seaview Cottage! The house had everything we could have hoped for including beach gear & beach toys, bikes & a beautiful view of the water from the deck! The house was wonderfully stocked & the location was hard to beat, with tons of amenities & attractions within walking distance of the house. A few of our favorites were walking to China Cove Beach & larger Corona Del Mar State Beach, as well as taking a stroll over the Goldenrod Footbridge into town to grab coffee, lunch & visit a local playground with our kids. Visiting in late September, there was ample street parking & the garage fit our Volvo XC60 which was convenient as well. Overall our stay was a 10/10. We'd highly recommend & will hopefully be visiting again!

Cute Cottage on a Busy Intersection
The cottage was cute and clean. The beach was farther away than I thought and the cottage was located on a hill. You had to walk a block and then down steep stairs to get to the beach. I estimate it was a 15 minute walk to restaurants. The second bedroom had a bathroom that was very small. To access the laundry room, you had to go outside through the front door or through the second bedroom bathroom, which had a door to outside. I suspect that bathroom was a porch or laundry room in a previous life. It was very cramped and I ended up just using the main bathroom, except at night. The cottage is on an intersection and there was neighborhood traffic noise during rush hour. The place is cutely furnished and very clean. The check in process was excellent and we enjoyed having our granddaughters there for one night. Would I return. No. It took us over 1.5 hours to get there from the airport and everything was farther away than I expected. I prefer Manhattan Beach with its endless beach and close proximity to the airport.

Had a wonderful girls weekend for 3 at this charming cottage. Great location, lovely neighborhood, clean and well-maintained home. Rich and Sheryl were great to work with. Wouldn't hesitate to come back!

We walked in and it was exactly as described. House had everything we needed for the beach. I enjoyed drinking coffee on the patio with the ocean view. We went to the beach multiple times and walked the neighborhood over and over again. Area was clean and people were friendly. Check in was super easy. We can’t wait to stay again!

Great location - walk to beaches, into town, short drive to Laguna or Huntington. Garage parking is a plus - small cars only because it's a tight squeeze. Gorgeous area, safe and friendly!

We had a wonderful visit to Corona del Mar thanks to the central location of our rental. Our host went above and beyond to assure everything was ready when we arrived and throughout our 3-week stay. The garage is a little tight, but unless you are there in the high season, plenty of street parking is available. It's a very walkable area, so there are many days when we didn't even use our car. My only suggestion would be to fill out the supply of plates, cups, dishes, etc. Everything else was well supplied, including paper products, trash bags, detergents, etc. If you are considering this property, I highly recommend the food delivery service prior to your arrival.

Nice Property very Strict Rules
Property itself was very nice, clean, and great location. However, might want to list that only up to 4 people at all times are allowed there. We had a few extra people for a couple of hours there to get ready for our party and kept getting calls and notifications that only 4 people are allowed at all times on the property. Only 4 people stayed the night and were there the next day. We didn't even use the property the 1st night, didn't show up till almost 11am the 2nd day.
