I didn't like anything. The reason we chose this hotel is because it was close to the airport and we had a flight the next day. My husband had stayed at an Extended stay america in the past, however, not at this one. He said it was ok for a night stay. This location was disgusting. Our room windows were left open, the room smelled like cigarettes and marijiuana, and when we opened the bed the sheets hadn't been changed. They were dirty and had loose hairs! DISGUSTING.

This place was disgusting and the room looked nothing like the pictures posted advertising this place. We had to clean our room when we got there with Clorox wipes because it looked unsanitary. The mattress had stains all over it, one looking like blood. There was a piece of someone’s hair weave inside the cracks of one of the chairs. The AC barely worked to cool down the room. Dust and dog hair was flying out of the vents, we had to clean out the AC vents ourselves because it was so dirty. The curtains were full of stains. The water pressure of the shower was horrible, it took forever to rinse soap off your body. They say housekeeping is not available for the entire stay and we had to throw out trash ourselves, trade our dirty towels for clean ones, and ask for toilet paper. I did not feel safe there. From the peephole, we noticed some guy stood outside our door as if he was listening to us talk, another grabbed the door handle to our room. The CEO of Extended Stay America needs to go pay this place a visit to witness how horrible it is. Only one elevator worked and it took forever to reach your floor. The hallways smelled like a dirty nursing home, stench of urine, cigarettes, weed, and alcohol all mixed together, with the stench of someone who hasn’t showered in ages. Do NOT stay here. It was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had in my life. I couldn’t wait to leave. I cried my entire first night staying there from how traumatic the whole experience was.

I stayed at this hotel twice on the week of March 18th through the 21st I believe and both times Tina was the night audit person when I checked in. I just wanted to say how awesome Tina was and accommodating she's very friendly and helpful. I suffer from a rare disease called Cushing's disease and I have to stay at your facility in the evening so I can go to my doctor's appointments in the morning. Just wanted to say thank you again for being so kind and helpful for me.

Kind of a dump

Lower end hotel, as expected, but no excuse for poor maintenance and condition. No ice machine on the floor, just one empty ice try in the freezer.
