Great location and family friendly
Posted Oct. 12, 2024 on HomeAwayJust some minor recommendations. There was not enough cutlery and cooking utensils. A few more kitchen towels would have been appreciated. A new grill brush is needed.

Amazing place by the beach!
Posted Jun. 24, 2024 on HomeAwayWe were so happy with our stay here. It is a gorgeous, updated unit. Sometimes pictures online are not so accurate when you get to the place in person but I can say this place was as good or better than the pictures. It is about a one minute walk to the sand. There is a coffee shop in walking distance that my husband went to each morning to get fresh coffee and delicious breakfast sandwiches. Since there were 6 of us we just took an uber anywhere that was too long of a walk...super easy process there. I really can't say enough good things about the place, the check in process (so easy) and the communication (amazing). Just go!

Newport Beach Haven
Posted Mar. 11, 2024 on HomeAwayWe live in NorCal although the majority of our family lives in SoCal. Needless to say, we visit often and typically like to stay by the beach. We had an amazing stay! We loved this place, especially the spacious kitchen. The owners did a great job with the remodel! The property management company was very professional and communicated well. They even allowed us to check in early even though we didn't request it. Overall, it was a great experience from beginning to end!! 5+ stars!!!

Holiday Getaway
Posted Jan. 10, 2023 on HomeAwayThis was the perfect stay for Xmas trip. The home was only a few steps from the beach. The unit was in a perfect location the sun in the winter time. Overall, a nice and pleasant time.
