Great space, great location, needs some updates
Publié le 16 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayPositives- great large space, plenty of beds and baths for a large group of people. Excellent location with walkability to activities.
Negatives- no beach towels (they are offered at an additional “rental” fee), beds/linens need upgrading especially for the ratw, too many checkout rules.

Chelsea, thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to hear you enjoyed the location and the space. We do apologize that the bed linens were not satisfactory and we will definitely make note of that. Majority of beach rentals don't provide beach equipment. Sometimes we have beach equipment left over from previous guests which we do leave in the homes. It is also very common to have basic check out rules like the ones we have, but we are sorry that this was an issue for you. We hope that despite these minor inconveniences, that you still enjoyed your stay in Newport with us and we hope to welcome you back again.

Beachfront location

Very spacious and well supplied.
I would have given it 5 stars all around except there was a power outage (which wasn't their fault) which was an inconvenience but my mom really enjoyed her 90th birthday surprise.

Publié le 20 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayFantastic location. Few steps and your on the sand . Great people watching up and down the bike path. Only 1 block until you hit restaurants/bars etc for a meal or nightlife.

Awesome location!
Publié le 9 avr. 2022 sur HomeAwayPlayed soccer everyday; rented bikes and rode a couple miles up the beach to dinner and breakfast but plenty of places to eat within a block; went to rubys on pier; volleyball out the door; and the beach!! Very Clean, amazing shower water pressure, roomy for 10, love the deck!

Nice location. Great views, close to many restaurants and bars.
Publié le 20 oct. 2021 sur HomeAwayThe place was nice. I would suggest getting rid of the furniture that was worn and torn. It would have changed my opinion if it wasn’t there, it was not needed. Plenty or room in all of the bedrooms and plenty of seating throughout the house and on the balcony.
