“The listing advertised an outdoor dining area with a BBQ, but it was located with the upstairs unit, not ours. It didn’t feel appropriate to use a space that belonged to someone else’s rental, so we couldn’t cook at the property. Also, soundproofing is an issue—you can hear everything happening in the upstairs unit. While a couple of minutes of ‘activity’ might be funny, an hour of it when you’re trying to sleep is not. The location is great, but there are other properties at comparable prices with better reviews in the area”
