Great beach house in Newport
Publié le 13 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayMy family really enjoyed our stay at this location. The house was located at a very nice middle point between Huntington Beach, and Balboa. Contact with the host agency was really good. We also appreciated the beach accessories that were on site and the garage access. The only hang up was a check in 90 minutes past the check in time with some sleepy kiddos. Overall great experience.

We go down to Shaws Cove in Laguna because it is a very special place for us to remember our mom and dad. We had a wonderful time spending it as we always do. Your home was lovely there were a few minor things but they didn’t have an effect on our stay.
There was a cockroach in one of the pans and I noticed a few baby ones in the bottom of the cabinet.
The floors were pretty icky feeling and black, so I don’t think they have been mopped in a little
While.
A handful of the outlets didn’t work for charging or plugging anything in.

Regarding the cockroach you mentioned, we take this seriously and conducted a pest control treatment for October 16, 2024. We want to ensure our space remains welcoming and comfortable for all our guests.
As for the floors, our cleaner performs a wipe test after every checkout, and the most recent one was conducted a few hours before your check in. We strive for cleanliness, and we appreciate your feedback.
Finally, we'll have our cleaner check all the outlets to identify any that are not working properly. Your comfort is important to us, and we're committed to addressing these issues promptly.

I would definitely stay here again, me and my family had an amazing time here, clean and comfortable, has everything you need, this place did not disappoint, and the ocean is literally steps away.. I loved this place

Beach getaway

Thank you for your review. Our cleaner checked and unclogged the shower drain in the master's bathroom on July 14, 2024. We've also scheduled pest control, which was completed on July 24, 2024.

Close to the beach
Publié le 10 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis is a bottom floor of a two story house, we never heard the tenants upstairs. The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. House sleep plenty of people comfortably with a nice sitting patio out front. Walk to the beach was easy even while carrying items. Nice to have the garage area to store items and even has beach items for use. Great stay would stay again!

Excellent location
Publié le 9 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had an amazing trip celebrating my daughter's birthday with our family. This home is right across from the beach, and has a coffee shop, several restaurants, and a mini mart within very short walking distance. The location is perfect!
The home was clean and had all the items we needed to enjoy our stay. Our interactions with the staff were polite and thorough, and we truly enjoyed our vacation. Would definitely recommend this spot.

Great stay close to the beach!

The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary items, there was plenty of room, and there were beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys that we were able to utilize. The property is very close to the beach, a delicious Italian restaurant and a convenience store. Great stay in Newport!

Great location close to the ocean
