Stunning Views and Great Location

This condo was perfect for our family. The first thing you notice upon entry is the view of the Pacific Ocean. The beds were comfy and the condo was well stocked. There were plenty of fans to move the cool ocean breeze around the condo. We will definitely be back!

Great location

The location was perfect, beach just across the street, with gorgeous views to the beach. Kitchen was adequate, furniture OK. Communication via text only with VACASA was the worst, when they did return my text concerning a problem, I was told, "I'm off the clock", then when they did respond they wanted to send someone in our unit when we were not there, I would not approve. The unit while nice is an old apartment complex, the elevator has not been inspected since 2014, I know that because we were stuck in the elevator for just at 2 hours. I will never stay in another VACASA unit, wish I had checked their reviews on Google, horrible reviews.

Great home

I loved everything about this trip, modern fixtures, as advertised, ocean view and quiet. Now I have exception complaint. The Property Management company managing it is called VACASA. In the future, I will avoid booking properties that are managed by VACASA. We needed assistance for the Gate Code I sent notifications via VRBO twice and called into the customer service line and they simply told me they are making a "Ticket" and a team member would contact us back. No contact back to us. Thank heavens we had a local resident living in the same complex that assisted us getting into the gate. We had an enjoyable stay. The owner should reconsider using VACASA as there property management. I still rate the property 5 stars.

This condo is located facing the beach, and is in walking distance to many attractions nearby. The management company is very attentive, and answered all of my text messages within a few minutes.
