Great house near the Beach!

Great for a family getaway
Publié le 6 août 2023 sur HomeAwayEasy check in process. Leo, the host, was very responsive when the air conditioner decided not to blow cold air. Had a technician out first thing the next morning. Nice big bedrooms with ceiling fans. Walk in closet in the master bedroom. All you need to bring is your beach gear, extra beach towels, kitchen towels, laundry detergent and condiments. Close walk to the beach makes this a really convenient rental!

Great Location!

The location to the ocean and playground for our little one couldn't be better.
The upstairs unit had enough space so we could all gather together in the open living room/dining room area.
Leo, the owner, was easy to communicate with before our stay.
Having the garage made it easy to park and store our bikes.
The beach across from Pacific Coast Highway had a life guard and was very clean. There were also some restaurants nearby and we weren't far from the more populated stretch of Newport Beach and Balboa Island.
