Great place with a great host

The host, Peter, was very friendly and attentive.
I highly recommend this place.

We loved the location, the cozy Apt and the ease of parking plus the easy walks to the Main Street.

Peter was fabulous and welcoming .
Some workers were making construction noise on Saturday near me and he was right on it reminding them of Newport Beach rules.

Charming Balboa Apartment
