The nicest family sand and sea experience that the beach has to offer. We were surprised how really close to the beach and back it is. You can peek at the beach right from the living room, the ocean view balcony or sunset rooftop deck.
The Newport Family Peninsula Beach House with its big master family suite, and its own sitting area. Better household amenities are included: Clean gas range, side-by-side fridge (Ice maker + filtered water), microwave oven, Family worthy type dishware/ glassware, quality home utensils, basically everything you'd deserve for your family's meals and to possibly share with your own guests. We loved that there was a private indoor washer and dryer, for our exclusive use. A full-sized covered leather couch and more seating is in the larger than expected family area- it was so perfect for us all. We never felt crowded. All the mattresses were so comfortable, we could tell that the owner really cares. There are 3 bedrooms; one which was totally retro surf with a queen-sized bed and another youthful beach vintage room with a swell pair of twin sized beds and then a huge family master suite with a queen-sized bed, twin bunk beds and a full-sized futon cubby. There were even additional sleeping options provided for the kids. Let me say this, it was so nice having the brick fireplace for cooler beach nights. The whole place was simply beachy and such a pleasant surprise!
There were everyday opportunities for us to enjoy everything the beach house has to offer and the best of beaches too: tandem bike, beach cruisers, beach wagons, beach chairs, surfboards, beach toys, games and important accessories. We were amazed at all the sorts of vacationing extras included, quality home linens for 10 persons and beach towels for everybody. Even all your cleaning products, detergents and all household paper products are stocked during your stay. Purely, a well thought out and complete vacation opportunity.
Bottom line: This is the most well thought-out beach accommodation we've ever stayed at and we are already planning to come back next summer too.

In addition to the generous inside accommodations, this rare spacious beach house has several stainless steel grills on multiple ocean/view decks. The beach house includes a huge private roof deck area which is superb for entertaining, safe teen spaces, our private coffee morning rituals, morning yoga or meditating alongside super views of sunsets and the surrounding local beach area. We even thought we could experience our very own private sun bathing. Ooohhh la la ha ha ha!
The views of the surrounding beach area and locale is really nice and it worked great for entertaining. A well-worn retreat. Just kick back 'round the place as the kids spent long days on the sandy beach, we rode the provided local bikes all around town and simply made the most of the excellent beach location. It's all up to you.
