Went for a girls weekend over Labor Day and had the most relaxing, wellness and lovely weekend. Staff and service was great~ truly went out of their way to keep us smiling- Betsy at the front desk (super nice), Anthony at the Pool Lounge area (super accomodating and friendly), Christina provided friendly lounge bar service, and so much more. It really made our quality self care weekend the most enjoyable (we both have kiddos, and this was surely relax free time for us!). Thanks VEA.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff are not attentive poolside and at the restaurant. We asked 3 different waiters for menus to order poolside. The only two staff that were exceptional were service were Rachel from housekeeping and Shiela.

Great property with a sunset view. Only downside is no public parking, valet only. And the rooms felt a little disconnected in style and taste from the resort part.

Molly at check in, was very friendly and very helpful. Our concern is with valet parking; they ignored us; we left our car in front of the hotel but still no one asked if we needed help. Finally, after several minutes, we had to snag someone and ask for service.
