We had a restful stay at this conveniently located off HWY 40 hotel. Great helpful staff!

I stayed in a room with a “spa tub”. I got into the tub after swimming in the pool and showering. After a few minutes I noticed brown flakes floating in the tub. I got out and there was a very dark brown ring around the tub. I bought cleaning wipes and cleaned the tub and filled and ran it again without getting in. The brown ring appeared again. I paid quite a bit extra to have this spa tub in the room but it was far too nasty to use.
In addition, I became very ill from the air in the room and had a severe allergic reaction.
I definitely wouldn’t stay here or at any Best Western again after this experience.
