Everything we were looking for

Really easy to checkin/out. The hosts responded immediately to any questions, and were very pleasant.
Maybe it was "out of season", but the price was a great deal.

Perfect Location

The owners were very responsive and flexible with check in time. We will definitely be back, thank you for a great weekend stay!

Amazing!
Publié le 17 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe came to Newport to celebrate our anniversary and stayed at Admiral Sims on Mill St. IT WAS PERFECT. The space itself was super clean and tidy. The king sized bed, as well as the couches, were so comfortable and we enjoyed the gas fireplace to take the chill out of the colder than expected nights. The hosts were attentive and responded quickly to any questions that we had. It is conveniently located to many restaurants and shops. We parked our car in their off street parking lot and walked everywhere.
We fell in love with Newport and would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Accommodation

My only warning is that there are some twisty steps going up if you are not sure on your feet or have trouble carrying your luggage. I would stay here again. The landlords are gracious and accommodating

Publié le 18 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThe place was exactly as advertised. Host was wonderful and very responsive. It was clean, spacious and quiet. Location was excellent! Highly recommend. The only negative was the AC window units.

Perfect for a Newport Stay
Publié le 14 août 2024 sur HomeAwayIncredible location, plenty of space, and a kind host. What more can you ask for? Seriously, the place is a 5 minute walk from the downtown restaurants, a 7 minute walk to First Beach and the Cliff Walk, and a 15 minute walk to the restaurants on Broadway. The host is very responsive and provides towels and parking. As a bonus, the home is in the heart of historic Newport, which I love as a history buff. We will definitely be back!
