Clean, neat and organized! Easy access to all of Newport, actually walking distance. Beds were comfortable and the condo was very clean.

Amazing stay!

Bill’s place was absolutely perfect. Very spacious and comfortable rooms and a very quick walk to the harbor, restaurants, and shops in downtown Newport. I’ve stayed at many places in Newport and this location cannot be beat. We look forward to coming back soon and staying here again!

Very convenient property

The property is very convenient - walking distance to wharfs and restaurants. Very pleasant staff. The property owner (Bill) was a pleasure To deal with and very helpful and informative!

Great weekend in Newport

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Plenty of space and nice amenities, and it was a great location. We would definitely stay here again!

AC went out but it was ok had fans Fire alarm went off but got back in quickly Front desk staff very helpful Good location
