Uncomfortable with them walking in my room.
Publié le 6 août 2024 sur HotelsThe women at the office didnt have any customer service but we were checked in fast which was nice. The rooms wear pretty clean except a hair in the freezer. Bed was comfy and we loved having ac in the room. However at 10:15 am my husband went to get us breakfast and right after i put my pants on someone knocked on the door while opening it to my room assuming we had checked out qhen check out isn't until 11am. Made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. Would have been a lot worse just a few second before as i didnt have an pants on. They really need to make sure the guests are checked out before they open the room.

The room itself was great! You would never know by looking at the outside. I put my trust in the reviews and they did not disappoint. Everything was new and clean and you can tell the thoughtful touches they put into it.
Don’t let the outside scare you off! The room is great for a clean and easy access place!!

Everything with the stay was wonderful, however went to use the pullout bed and it was full of food candy. It was pretty icky.

Wonderfully renovated inside. Everything clean, functional and attractive. Comfortable bed, excellent bathroom, good selection of power and usb outlets. Great guest laundry. Great place to stay to explore the coast.

From the outside the hotel looks very run down. The rooms are nice. The sheets one the bed could be better. They look used. Also they could put something at the bottom of the doors. Bugs, mice, rats could crawl in.

The room was updated and nice but there was food in the freezer and dirty footprints on the wall in the bathroom.
