Nice, big room - obviously was once a "fancier" hotel and our room had a living space with sink, microwave, large dorm fridge, couch, and coffee table. There was even a balcony, but the doors were locked closed. The room had a few minor quirks (the extra sink faucet was very wobbly, that sort of thing), but it was quite adequate and definitely a bargain for what we paid!!! We would definitely stay there again.

It was ok
They did not provide any shampoo or conditioner like most places do, only 2 small bars of soap. There was hair in the tub from the previous guests. We had a fireplace in the room but couldn’t use it. Was disappointed with the place, we only stayed there because it was just a few minutes walk from the crab dock in Newport

Not much. Seems to have gone down hill. There was dog poop in the hall next to the elevator. The dryer door was broken & didn't stay shut. There was duck tape to accommodate that. Hot & cold did not work in the shower. Your choice was scalding hot or freezing cold. I wasn't impressed & will no longer book at that hotel...

The first time we stayed it was great, its always nice and clean, but the last few times it was so noisy, dogs barking, dogs pooping in the hall way and it was left there,,no poop bags outside, so no one picked up their dogs poop, our room didn't have couch, we did the last few times, bed was not good at all, we will be looking else where,

Very run down property. The room seemed clean enough to stay without the fear of bugs. The water was hot and the tub comfortable to bathe in. The washcloths need to be replaced as the ones we received were very worn and dingy (stained). Hotel staff were scarce during our visit and no one seemed to be manning the front desk much.

Was not made aware that the property closed at 10pm for check in. Only that 3pm at the earliest so me and my family spent the day in Newport and were very annoyed to come back exhausted from the day at 11pm to find out that it was closed and that we were not to be refunded.

Worst motel 6 I've ever stayed at. Front desk lady was rude. I had asked for a handicap accessible room for my mom when i made reservations. At check in she first stated they didnt have any. Then when i told her pretty sure it was the law, she said well they're all taken. Not very nice about it. The beds where too high for mom, so i asked for rollaway. Maid said they had one and was nice, but then front desk lady got all mean and said we dont provide rollaways. You can go somewhere else. Furnature is very old . Toilet seat needs replaced. Heavy breeze comes in around door. Thankfully the gas fire place makes it super hot in room. There was a microwave & fridge. Chairs looked new but table not. Close to activities & convenient.

My favorite place to stay, some odors in hallway on occasions. Clean big rooms and balcony. Always good service

Close to town but not right in it. Close to aquarium, launch ramp and brewery. Very clean.
