Publié le 3 juill. 2022 sur HotelsSitué au bord de l'I5 et de la voie ferrée , le bruit est permanent et la chambre n'est pas isolée . Impossible de faire une nuit complète . Sinon il y a un très bon restaurant sur le même parking , idéal pour le dîner et le petit-déjeuner .

Staff was really nice. The front desk person had our room keys all ready before we got there so just signed a form and we were on our way, it was seamless. The room has a musty smell but beds were comfortable. The bathroom fan knob was missing but luckily Fred Meyer is right across the street where we could buy pliers. The room was muggy and the window didn't have a screen but we felt safe in our room.

Do Not Stay
Publié le 16 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel room I was offered was in poor condition. The walls, floors, bed, bathroom, and flimsy front door all need renovations. I ended up leaving after a few minutes and went to another hotel.
Hotels.com attempted to resolve the issue but made no progress. I received no refund, not even a partial refund for my two-night stay.
I'm rethinking my consumer relationship with Hotels.com becuase they do business with this substandard hotel.
