Older facility that requires maintenance and upkeep. Fridge froze everything, smoke detector was disconnected and bed frame was ill fitting.

This was an awful stay. We checked in at 5:30 pm. Breaker blew about every 25 minutes after check in. We were left with no heat. My girlfriend had just had surgery to have cancer removed from her breasts. So of course I went down and complained. They would not compensate us, they brushed it off as if they couldn't do anything. I was then told it happens all the time. She still would not move us to the other building. Will never stay here again.

Friendly staff and good accommodations. Indoor pool and hot tub area was clean and well maintained. Appreciative for the complimentary breakfast options. Room showed signs of age but was clean and had a good view of the ocean waves. Would stay here again.

Hotel was not as it presented, it was grungy. The floor was peeling everywhere, paint was painted over peeled spots, pillows lumpy and uncomfortable, there was no conditioner or lotion, tv didn't work, walls were paper thin and our neighbors were up ALL night arguing, cursing and slamming doors. My young daughter and i left feeling very disappointed. I knew it wasn't a luxury hotel but this was just bad over all. Will not be back, will not recommend.

Hotel room was clean and service was great, their pool and sauna is fantastic as well. My only complaint (kinda petty) is that the lighting in the bathroom was dim, and it gave it a dingy feeling. Doesn’t help that the bathrooms are small but thats not really an issue for me, the lighting was just bad.

Great value for the price! Upgrades were made at some point. Beds comfy, wifi consistent, lots of parking, wonderful friendly staff, in room coffee, fridge and microwave. Continental breakfast is lovely. Close to some great shops and cultural exhibits. Definitely recommend. Oh, and pets accepted!!!!
