Loved the location & view. Could use a fresh update. Carpet & upholstery seemed to hold a stale odor. However we would stay here again.

We loved staying here - great ocean views and within walking distance to good restaurants. Very comfortable and fully stocked ktichen. We will definitely be back!

Time Travel to the 1980's

It felt like visiting grandma's condo. Except grandpa isn't around to help fix anything anymore and grandma is having a hard time cleaning on her own. The glass shower door fell off when trying to shut it, causing it to come crashing down into the bathtub and narrowly missing my twinkly little toes. Then the bath towel I tried to use smelled very strongly of wet, stinky dog. Or maybe that's wishful thinking.. There's a bare electrical wire coming out of the dining light fixture. The TV situation is a comical, open rats nest of boxes and wires. Holes in the walls that need to be patched, caulk coming apart, sun bleached wall art and a distinct smell of fresh vinyl throughout. Oh yeah and be careful exiting on the right side of the gate. with anything other than an SUV. The ground will attempt to relieve you of metal parts under your vehicle when you drive through the gate. Def not staying here again.

Good, but...

Great view and location, but... The whole place is dated and worn and is over due for a refresh/update. Furniture and carpets are stained. The sparse cutlery are old and mismatched.

Quiet area

Property was safe and secure. We stayed during the week which was better for us as it got much louder on Friday. The only issue was that the kitchen window had a high pitch squeal when the wind blew. And it is always windy. Otherwise, the place itself was great, with beautiful views!!

Lovely place; outstanding view

The place was well furnished, clean, and comfortable. Only 2 issues: (1) when I went to get a wine glass, I noticed 2 glasses that had cracks in them. I left them on the counter. (2) The dishwasher was full of clean dishes (I assume from the previous guests. I didn't empty it and just washed the dishes I used. Other than those 2 minor things, I had a wonderful stay.

Nice, but..........

The location and view are fabulous! We loved watching the weather and the ocean! While the unit itself was very clean, we found the kitchen wasn't quite so good. We found dirty silverware in with the clean silverware, standing grease on a cookie sheet in the cabinet, and the scrub brush for the dishes was full of grease. Plus, there weren't any Kleenex - not one cube or box anywhere! Otherwise, everything was great.

Great view of ocean and light house. Had issue with the gate when it got cold and we couldn't get in the parking lot.
