Dommage que nous n'ayons pas notre chien avec nous il aurait été aux anges.

Wonderful hotel that caters to dogs. We had a great stay and the inn is in a great location.

A wonderful Inn! Starting from the first time we stepped in to Paws on Pelham, we felt like it was our home away from home. Lisa, the inn keeper was so friendly and always helpful. The room was very comfortable and quiet which made it stress free when we had to leave the pups behind when we were out. Breakfast was really good and the ladies who prepared the food were always checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed.
Our room was on the third floor so walking upstairs was required, but it wasn't an issue for us or our dogs. But if you are unable or unwilling to climb stairs, you will want to book one of the rooms on the first floor.
We will definitely be back to Newport and will be staying at Paws 🐾!

My girlfriends and I had a 2 night, 3 day stay at Pelham. We were hoping to love it more. Although the outside grounds and property were stunning, the staff & service were very disappointing, (though the woman at check in with a bun and glasses was OUTSTANDING and so accommodating) We had no turn down for our room even though we contacted the innkeeper twice, and left the sign for service as directed. We recieved 2 towels for 4 people in the room, had to request for garbage to be taken, and no beds were made for us either day. We never recieved an apology, it was more of an inconvenience to them to have to even bring us extra stuff. On top of that, we were woken up to a fire alarm at 7am our first night staying over, and the staff acted as if it wasn’t a big deal. No apology, or sincerity. We were concerned about fire alarm going off again as the breaker kept beeping/buzzing with alarm that said heat trouble and we were told this was normal.
You guys can add whatever else. But that’s something along the lines of what I would say.

Please know that we have shared your feedback and concerns with our team. We understand that the team promptly delivered fresh towels to your room upon hearing from you and did everything they could to ensure that the rest of your stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Regarding the fire alarm, there was a very unusual reaction by the kitchen’s heat sensor which caused the alarms to sound. Our team reassured guests that there was nothing to be concerned about and apologized for the early morning noise, but we are very sorry to hear this was perceived in a stern way. We value all our guests and strive to make you feel as welcomed during your stay as possible. We sincerely appreciate your feedback as it allows us to improve experiences for future guests. We hope you’ll consider staying with us again at Paws on Pelham.
