Don't trust the photos. The place is way more run down, than you expect. And the bathroom won't match what the photo is when you book it. When turning on the bathtub faucet, you may notice the water runs Brown. I wouldn't drink it, but it seems safe to shower in. There was also no remote in our room, and we had to go get one from the front desk.

We stayed here as a group for a tournament. While the only thing wrong with out room was that the bath water was rusting upon first coming out, others in our group had other room issues. They were also not too hockey family friendly. While we would have liked to have used a meeting room to gather for pizza and to keep the kids contained, they wouldn't let us, even though they were empty.

At first glance, we thought things were clean. Throughout our stay, we found many areas that did not appear to have been cleaned recently. We got the suite for our family of 5 and couldn’t use the sofa bed because it was so gross when we opened it. Guests in other rooms had brown water and were told to just let it run awhile and it would be fine. My daughter and I used the lobby bathroom and it was not clean. Someone had placed a used feminine product inside the toilet seat cover holder. I discreetly went to inform the front desk and was told that unfortunately they didn’t have a housekeeper on. When we asked for shower towels, we were only allowed two, despite us having 5 people in our suite. They told us that’s all they had available. We had a nice weekend, but the hotel was disappointing.

Our experience here wasn't bad. However, I expected a better experience. The room needs to be updated. The water as some reviews I read kater stated that the water comes out yellowish brown. That was true. I called front desk about it. They stated it was due to whatever the city was doing and run the water for about 10 minutes. The wayer eventually cleared There maybe limited housekeeping staff. We had to get extra bedding from the front desk. Overall, the experience wasn't horrible. There are a number of improvements needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby area looks the best compared to the rooms. There's an indoor and outdoor pool. Alos, a whirlpool. We did not use the pools or workout room. Nevertheless, it was nice that it was available.
