Beautiful property/location
This was the coolest place! As soon as we got there we were so pleased and excited. The owner graciously let us in a few hours early for check in. It was so clean and such a fun location. No complaints or concerns about this place! Highly, highly recommend.

We loved the location. Took two days to warm up the place but we understood it was empty prior to our arrival. It was clean and very inviting. We will be back again! Just not in January lol. We did get to see a beautiful snowfall from the front room. The windows gave us an amazing view.

The PERFECT place to stay
Loft was EXACTLY as described in the listing and the location could not have been better! This is how all VRBO’s should be-adequate amounts of items needed for our stay, such as paper products and soaps. Loft was exceptionally clean as well as all linens. Location is exceptional and most people would be able to walk to most of the restaurants and shopping since this unit is in the middle of it all! Parking is across the street, but plentiful and we were able to park at the unit briefly to reload our car at the end of our trip. (Parking at the unit belongs to the hotel behind the unit). We absolutely would stay here again and hope to in the future!

Great location for family fun!
Our family of five adults had a wonderful two night stay at The Loft. It was right downtown located near cafés, restaurants and near the mansions, etc. We were given two parking passes which were right around the corner from the loft super convenient.The loft had most of the amenities we could need. Bring bar soap! And since the location is right over shops and restaurants it was a little bit bright so I recommend bringing an eye mask for sleeping.

BRRRRRRRR!
When we arrived at the condo, it was 47 inside. We immediately turned up the heat, but with the high ceilings, it took over two hours before we could take our coats off and when we did, it was still uncomfortably cold. I didn’t realize there was an email with directions on where to park and how to get in, but once. I reviewed that, we were fine. Just not the easiest place to find the parking garage as it’s across the street and down the way. Very disappointed in our rating from the owner regarding cleanliness. We had five adult women there and left the place spotless. We were at the condo for one night and we cleaned up everything before we left. Late at night., When the bars were closing, it did get quite loud outside. The woman in the front rooms along with the back rooms all were awakened by the noise. The condo is beautiful but unfortunately, with it being so cold, it was hard to enjoy.

This property was more incredible than advertised! The location was perfect, central to everywhere you want to be in Newport. The place was spotlessly clean, spacious and the decor was gorgeous. 100/10!! It could not have been better.

This was a very convenient location. The apartment was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. As many pointed out, there was some noise late at night from people coming back from bars, but it did not last too long. I highly recommend this place!

This place was wonderful and the host was amazing! No list of things to do before you checkout. It was a little noisy because it is on bust street, but we knew that going into it. Totally worth it! I would stay again.

Lookout Loft was awesome!
We loved our stay at Lookout Loft, it was super clean, exactly as pictured on VRBO, comfortable, easy, clear directions for parking and check in. The location is fabulous, right above a store on Thames St, so we were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. We had no issues with outside noise at night, we all slept great! We would definitely recommend and return!

We stayed here on a Saturday and Sunday during our honeymoon. Never having been to Newport, we didn't really know what to expect. The condo is clean and spacious. However, it is on the busiest street and is extremely loud. Even with the provided sound machines, it was difficult to sleep Saturday evening due to the noise. Sunday was a lot quieter and it was less of a problem. The biggest issue we had was due to spotlights that shine directly into the primary bedroom from the hotel behind it. It was so bright, we found it impossible to sleep in that room. I messaged Derek about the problem. He was quick to respond but nothing was available during our stay to fix the problem. Luckily, it was just two of us so we stayed in the bedroom that faces the street (the noiser of the rooms). He did say that he would let his staff know about the issue and fix the problem for the future. Personally, we would pick a quieter spot to stay next time. This is a perfect location for a group that wants to be in the heart of the action in Newport though. Location is perfect for that. We enjoyed the nearby coffee houses and restaurants. Parking is extremely convenient.

We stayed at this place due to my nephews wedding being at a venue nearby Plus was beautiful clean and area is beautiful Many shops restaurants in area The only complaint we had was the installation since it’s on a main road a lot of noise at times especially the garbage trucks If not would definitely come back

Great Place!
In town for a long weekend and loved everything about this property. The location can't be beat and it was clean and spacious. It also came with parking, which is necessary when Newport is crowded! We will be back!

Beautiful condo in the middle of everything. Communication with owner was excellent. Easy check-in (as a matter of fact, we were able to check in early). The one problem we had (with a toilet) was taken care of almost immediately. Our one minor suggestion would be to mention the condo is equipped with a Keurig coffee maker. We would have brought our own pods. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

Loved the place. Location was perfect except for the noise. Very late at the pizza restaurant across the street made sleeping hard. Friday night there had to be at least 200 people outside the restaurant making it an loud environment to sleep. In the master room it would help if heavier were hung. The property was nice. Couch was worn. The location was great except for college kids partying outside our window until 3 am. We could not check in until 430 because the unit was not ready. The cleaning staff threw the laundry into the closet. Derek just said read the contract when we asked him about check in times. He said he had people coming in and out all the time. I will not rent the unit again.

Newport Gem
Excellent in all aspects. Nice place, nice furnishings, nice location, good host, parking, etc. We had a wonderful time and I would definitely recommend and stay again. Only FYI would be the coffee maker is Keurig with limited pod choices. If you are a coffee drinker, pack a french press and some grounds.
