We were checking in at 2 am and were greeted by a mouse at the front door. Our room was on a third floor with no elevator. The hallway rugs have gross stains and are frayed. Noise in hallway all night. TV doesn’t work. Otherwise great.

Friendly staff, comfy bed, but dont expect to get

Really nice room with a really comfy bed, and the staff were very friendly helpful. My problem is the how loud the rooms are - dont expect to get much sleep which is sad because the beds are so comfy. Our room was on the ground floor, the person in the room above above us was walking about constantly (no exaggeration it sounded like an elephant was up there) until midnight and then started doing it again at 5 am - this may seem like a silly thing to complain about but it was so loud that we couldnt sleep.

Extreme noise travelling between the floors, all doors shut with a loud bang ,noise is hammering on your head, when people are walking upstairs,hot water is only warm! Phone didn't work had to walk to the lobby numerous times for verious problems.Its a shame because the location and the room was very nice!

Overall good lodging. Lots of noise from room above us with guests just walking. No microwave and fridge barely chilled. Good price for room.

Easy access to highway. Decor was unique. I didn't like you couldn't pay cash for food and they need soft close room doors.
