Nice Stay w/ convenient location

This is a great place to stay if you are looking for a property at the heart of Newport. Everything is within walking distance. The VRBO host is very responsive and organized.

The view from the room is incredible. Short walk to all of the attractions of the harbor.

Im sorry that you were unhappy with the rate. I Offer a harborfront view, perhaps other sites are offering inferior units, and therefore charge less.

Breathtaking harbor view in a centrally located 1 br

You cannot beat the view and the location : situated in the heart of vibrant downtown Newport, by Thames street, this 1 br-hotel is a dreamy getaway for couples. It's not cheap, but with this view, in August, you know what you pay for. Clean, functional, good bedding, comfortable, and magnificent sunset. On the Minus side : apartments and common areas could be quickly refreshed ; we had to switch room after the 1st night because there was an error on the room assignments (but to be fair it seemed to be exceptional, the property manager offered us a bottle of wine and the owner apologized many times and offered us a dining voucher) ; it's noisy in the morning, because doors are heavy and slam, and the cleaning crew is loud sometimes right in front of the rooms

Great Property!!

This condo was wonderful! It was clean, well stocked, nicely furnished and the view was Spectacular!!! The location on Thames street was perfect. We could walk to tons of shopping and restaurants, and all the docks where the boat cruises go out from. We loved everything about it and would definitely stay there again.

Totally not worth the price . Awfully dirty and not well maintained

The property was not what was shown Couldn’t see out window because it was broken the screens and sills were filthy Handicap room that was not functional for someone not disabled The owner and manager kept passing the responsibility off on the other Refuting payment

Harbor front rooms, and windows, often have sea spray on the exterior which can create a thin film. Most guests would die for the view that you had of the Newport harbor.
