Families stay away
Posted Aug. 8, 2024 on HotelsThe carpet was stained with animal feces and the halls wherecovered with cheap hardwood flooring. The phones didnt work. The bathroom showers appeared to be atease 40 years old. It felt like the Bates motel. The outside was a inactive construction site.

We apologize that you felt that our facilities were subpar. We wish to assure you that we take our guests perceptions to heart. Additionally, we wish to ensure that we do clean the carpets throughout the hotel on a monthly basis, and pets are not welcome at our property unless they are trained service animals. We recently renovated our hallways with a quality LVT product and we have no construction being carried out at our property. While we are disappointed in your perceptions of the property, we wish to convey that you may have misjudged the conditions during your stay and hope that you will return in the future to see other improvements we will have made at that time.
