Comfortable and Clean
I was attending a Conference at the Convention Center nearby and didn’t want to pay $300 a night so I looked on hotels.com and found Extended Stay America. I was a tiny bit concerned as I arrived and found a woman yelling and walking around the entrance but then I walked in and met Luth at the desk. They were an absolute gem. They explained everything I needed to know, got me checked in quickly and efficiently, even upgrading my room to a king. Every hotel needs someone like Luth at their front desk. When I got to my room, it was a little dated but it was clean and smelled nice. There were 4 pillows to find the kind I liked and the bed was very comfortable. My only complaint was the lack of outlets or USBs. I like to put my phone next to the bed at night and there was nowhere to do that on my side. There was one nightstand but no outlet available and no USB. I’ll stay here again.

The hotel needs to be upgraded. Our room had a slow water drip in the tub area and wouldn’t shut off. No shampoo & lotions, no upgraded amenities at all. Only had one person at checkpoint. I don’t think I’ll stay there again or recommend this place.

I have stayed at one in Waynesboro , NC and this motel can’t compare ! I was surprised to find out there was no ice bucket, coffee pot with amenities for coffee, no cold cups , the TV channels were very difficult to read on the tv in the room due to the color of lettering used to display the channels and the desk clerk was difficult to understand their speech or words. You get what you pay for Minimal amenities .
