This place had roaches bad i had to complain about the tv i had to turn it off every 15 minutes to reset it and the staff never came to fix it holes in the wall and it wasn't clean

3rd time staying at this hotel. Convenient to fort eustis base. Booked 3 separate rooms this time All 3 could have been cleaner. Floors were clean but not mopped Mini fridges broke or missing parts 1 room didnt have a microwave when it should have 1 room no trash can. Beds are hard, sqeaky and uncomfortable in every room so far. View out of 1 rooms Window was all trash behind the hotel on the ground. Only 1 outdoor table for all buildings. Other guest were loud and inconsiderate

It's big and spacious but I'm being charged for a room that's not a sweet and the room I'm in the back window has broken glass in it so only one doing the whole room

It was clean !!! They remodeled it !!!! Security doors work at entrance .. the shower was like a severe thunderstorm i loved it it was clean!!!!!!😭😭😭😭😭😭

Horrible blood stains on the floors roaches unknown human hair in the beds and sinks and toilets microwave smelled like lysol.
