Located on a vast headland with dramatic views of the Cornish coastline. Enjoy the best that Cornwall has to offer at this lovely beach house, a stone’s throw from the sea.

Spacious family-friendly beach house offers excellent accommodation for up to eight people.
Large open plan living and dining space with fitted kitchen. An ideal area for a large family or group to dine and relax after a long day at the beach. Opening onto a decked outdoor area with seating to relax.

Four large bedrooms. Two of these are double bedrooms with substantial en-suite shower rooms. A further double bedroom and twin bedroom share a large shower room.

This perfect holiday retreat offers direct access to two of Cornwall's finest beaches. There is family-friendly Porth Beach with its pleasant walk to Porth Island. Or tucked away in the cove is the stylish Lusty Glaze Beach, crowned Britain’s best beach by The Sunday Times. Lusty has bar, restaurant, surf school and activity center.

Local to Lusty Glaze Beach for Big Wedding :)
Perfect for the above and walking into Newquay to visit the Aquarium; Zoo; Crazy Golf; Gardens; Mini Train & not forgetting lots of lovely eating and drinking! Patio was ideal for our 1 year old grand-daughter to safely toddle about on & the bedrooms and bathrooms were all great - would definitely recommend this property to others and would stay again - many thanks!

Comfortable short break
4 day weekend in this property in Newquay to just relax, read, and spend time together. It was clean and nicely decorated. All the items you need are supplied. It was very comfortable for us. We enjoyed it.

We had a wonderful stay and the hosts communication was fantastic. The home had everything that you need for a very comfortable stay. The location is amazing having 2 beaches to stroll to and enjoy. As previously stated some areas of wear and tear in the property but nothing that impacts on your stay or the function of the property. Thanks for a wonderful time

Lovely location
Property needs some tlc in certain areas, but lovely place and well equipped. We took 2 cars as was 5 persons and for a 2nd car it’s £12 per night which is extremely high as car park was empty as out of season. Seems like the management company just want money!!

Can‘t Beat the View
This location is perfect for touring the area. The views are stunning. The unit is spacious and for the most part clean. One of the baths has a drainage issue and one other could use a bit more attention from housekeeping. If there’s a problem the owner is quick to attend to one‘s needs.

Beautiful accommodation in great location
You have a beautiful place with all you need to enjoy your stay at Newquay and surrounding areas. Earlier check in and later check out as well as railing to the right in stairs would make it better as it would make coming down with a sleepy toddler a lot easier. We hope we can be back as we loved the place.

Enjoyable stay
We stayed in the property for a week. The weather typically wasn't great, but the property is plenty big enough and in a great location. Lovely little touches like not charging for small breakages and providing board games to play. Room sizes are good, and general cleanliness was ok. Perhaps it could do with a deep clean eg. the bathrooms are a little damp and in need of a little TLC. Parking is only for one vehicle and chargeable for extra vehicles. When you have 7-8 people, you need a second car, so the only other option is to find a space on the road but that can be a challenge as you are right by lusty glaze which is a great beach and very popular. WIFI is strong throughout the house, though phone signal typically for Cornwall is very poor. The host is excellent and very responsive, any questions or needs were resolved instantly. Overall, a lovely location, nice property and should we want to stay in the same area, we would book the same house and would recommend the property to our friends.

We spent a lovely week in Newquay. The house was very spacious ideal for a larger family of 5 adults 3 children and 2 dogs. Easily accessible for several beautiful beaches. We could leave the car for the week and walk everywhere. Thank you very much

Gem of a house
The house is deceptive from the path. The entrance takes you into open plan living room with comfortable couches giving sufficient seating for larger groups. The dinning table again provides ample seating and the kitchen is well stocked. A small decking area to the rear is a sun trap. The bedrooms are downstairs and are generous in size, the beds firm and extremely comfortable. Showers provide hot water. Overall cleanliness very good. The property is situated a short stroll from Porth Beach. Parking is provided for one car and would recommend that parking is arranged for additional cars before the start of the holiday as parking is difficult. The managing company, details provided by Steve the host, were excellent in providing a second permit at a charge of £84 for a week. Steve the host is a really nice person to deal with and responded to our queries really quickly. Would definitely book again.

Fantastic size property, we had 6 adults and 2 children and was not on top of each other. Facilities adequate for size of family. Maintenance contact prompt and effective. Location wonderful, walking distance to beautiful beaches, need to be agile to access nearest beach but well worth the effort. Easy access to centre of Newquay and sight seeing. Dog friendly, walks nearby but no green space with the property. Would definitely recommend this property. Good communication from Steve, the owner.

Lusty Glaze Vacation
We felt a misrepresentation of the property we were given. We were under the impression that the picture that was featured as looking over the water was what we were agreeing to. But we were placed in a Lusty Glaze attached cottage that overlooked buildings. When there is a booking for 8 people, you can guess that all did not come in one car. The least that could have been done was a voucher for the paid parking lot. The home itself was pretty nice, but there were issues with mold in all of the showers (we purchased mold cleaner), two showers had to have towels shoved under the door because water poured out. Lastly, the description listed washer/dryer and it was a combo washer/dryer that did not work. Placed a call to one of the housekeepers on day one - never heard back. With 8 people (3 children), we had clothing everywhere, on the flimsy drying rack and any available heating register! A clothesline would have been greatly appreciated. The outside furniture definitely has seen better days. Kitchen was well equipped and beds were comfortable. Overall, we made the best of the condo for our stay.

Steve is very easy to deal with, the property was clean modern and warm. We were a group of seven with 3 dogs and had plenty of space and the living experience was comfortable. Be aware if you are a large party with more than one vehicle then parking is an issue.

Very well situated with a lovely short walk down to Porth Beach. The accommodation was spacious, warm and clean. Steve was attentive to communications and we had a lovely time. There is a short climb out of the property to then walk into Newquay or down to Porth Beach that is easily manageable unless you have mobility issues. Highly recommended.

Property has an excellent location in between both porth beach and lusty glaze. We had a fantastic time and Steve (the host) was brilliant when communicating with us both before our holiday and right at the start of the holiday with things for us to expect, even sending us a rather detailed list of places we could visit. Book with 100% total confidence, the house is superbly positioned between 2 amazing beaches. The house itself was perfect for our family that ranged from 14 yrs old to 77 yrs old , nicely furnished, lovely bedrooms/bathrooms and a very quiet location but close to everything. We stayed for a week as a family of 4 and there was more than enough space even with the kids having a room each. Property was clean and tidy and well located close to the beach. A bit of a walk into Newquay but we wanted somewhere a bit quieter away from the centre. Ideal for our holiday and we had a great time.

Nice property in great location
We had a fab holiday in Cornwall. The property is chalet style, deceptively spacious and was plenty big enough for our 2 families. There is a nice decked area at the back, which proved a real sun trap. The location is brilliant and only 2 mins walk to 2 great beaches - lusty glaze and Porth. Around 20 mins walk into Newquay centre. Lots of other great coastline to explore - Polly/Porth Joke fab as is Crantock, which are both nearby . Would also recommend ATV centre for quad biking .

Very smooth checking in process with excellent communication from the owner and swift action. Parking is very limited so if there are multiple guests, sourcing an alternative location for cars is advisable. Well maintained house in an excellent location.
