For A Stylish stay, set in a Stunning position in an Idyllic location. Just a stones throw from Whipsderry and Porth Beach, this 2 bedroom cool costal contemporary Apartment has the Wow Factor, and is the ideal surf retreat, Light and Airy, set in a perfect spot, in a area of outstanding natural beauty, overlooking the Sea, and a central spot for exploring the wonderful, rugged coast and beautiful Poldark Country. Although in a quite location it is easy to reach many of Cornwall's main towns and attractions. It is an excellent base for exploring Cornwall. Although you don't have to go far as so many Fantastic beaches right on the doorstep, the apartment is situated opposite Whipsderry Beach, and just 4 mins walk to Porth Beach. There are numerous Places of Interest locally including many National Trust properties, St Michaels Mount, Landhydrock House, Trerice House, Bedruthansteps, Crantock Beach. on the other hand you are only minutes away from Newquay with its wonderful Surfing beaches, Golf Club, Pubs, Spas, Wine Bars, Restaurants and Newquay Zoo. if you are feeling energetic, you can always hire a bike and cycle the Camel trail. Across the road from the apartment are magnificent cliff top walks, and turning to the left you can walk across to Porth Island a bronze age burial site. or turning right you can walk to Watergate Bay approx. 1 mile. I can highly recommend a stroll along the Cliff in the morning. You get a feeling of complete safety and relaxation whilst staying at the apartment. The Apartment has been furnished to
a Tasteful extremely high standard, with modern comfortable leather sofas, Large Flat screen TV, and many extras. You will need to use an Electronic key fob to gain entry into the block along with the added benefit of allocated secure parking for one car in the basement. Newquay Airport is 2.8 miles away should you wish to fly down. Watergate Bay is approximately 1 mile away, where you can join the Surf school or Dine at The Beach Hut or Emily Scotts. The Apartment has a Large open plan Lounge/Kitchen/Diner a delightful balcony overlooking the sea where on warm barmy nights you can sip your wine. the Apartment is equipped to the highest standard, with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is fully equipped with White Gloss units, integral Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, Air Fryer etc. and beautiful Granite worktops. there are Tasteful Art works around the apartment, Large Flat screen TV, Playstation3, Blue tooth Music Centre, and Games for the children. Free Wi-Fi for the guests. The Luxury Bathroom and En-suite are both fully tiled and have power showers, plenty of storage space and soft fluffy white towels provided. Please bring your own towels for the beach. Should the need arise the apartment has underfloor heating with thermostats in each room. The bedrooms have fully fitted mirrored wardrobes, and there is a utility room for the storage of you cases. There is also a surf cage in the car park should you wish to store Wetsuits and Surf boards. The Apartment is situated on the 1st floor, with the choice of stairs or a lift. Locally there are numerous restaurants, and a good choice of major supermarkets in Newquay.

Property was great, well located for Porth beach (4min walk). Sadly Whipsiderry beach (opposite) access is closed. Carpark beneath apartment block, whilst convenient, is a bit on the tight side. Host was very contactable and very helpful.

Great holiday apartment
A fabulous 1st floor luxury apartment, perfecly clean and with everything you need for your holiday. All the comforts for a home away from home. Very handy underground secure carpark. Views of the sea from the small balcony. A great location to start exploring from with plenty of coastal walks and just a 30 min walk into Newquay. There is also a private beach across the road, with steps going down. We all really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back!! :-)

Much fun in porth
Once again we had the best time at the apartment, exploring the Cornish coast and enjoying the festival up the road. It’s perfect for families, warm, comfortable, ideal location, sea view including watching the sun set (when not a good old Cornish mizzle filled day). The hosts are brilliant, very easy to communicate with and very helpful. Would highly recommend a visit.

Perfektes Apartment in wunderschöner Lage
Wir haben sieben Tage in diesem wunderschönen Apartment verbracht und uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es war alles, was wir für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt brauchten, vorhanden und absolut sauber. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend groß für eine Familie mit 4 Personen. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Für uns war die ruhige Lage des Apartments perfekt!!! Direkt oberhalb des traumhaften Whipsiderry Strandes und unweit des Porth Beach. Das Stadtzentrum von Newquay ist ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Dort gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist toll und von da kann man das Gepäck über einen Aufzug ins zweite Geschoss bringen. Auch als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in Cornwall ist Newquay wunderbar geeignet. Wir würden Elaines Apartment wieder buchen und können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Perfect property for a beach holiday.
Excellent property, easy walking distance to Porth beach (down the hill) or Whipsiderry (over the road and down a fair few steps). Both beaches were beautiful. Great for paddle boarding and body boarding for the kids. The apartment was spotless, had everything you could possibly need, communication with the owner was beyond excellent. Underground parking a huge bonus with a surf cage for all our Sandy beach stuff. We walked to beach by day and boardmasters festival by night and this apartment was perfectly positioned for both. We, as a family had an amazing week and would definitely book again.

The apartment is situated in between two beautiful beaches and also very convenient to main Newquay towns; which I think it worked perfectly for us. It is very spacious and spotless clean, water pressure is powerful and you get all the necessities in the apartment. Overall we had wonderful stay and will definitely return to this lovely holiday home.

The apartment was very comfortable and clean. Very welcome after walking a 14 mile section of the coast path! Accessing the underground car park was a bit of a problem as the key fob did not open the entrance door. Luckily someone was leaving and opened the door for us. One other comment is that we found the room freshener sticks overpowering and did need to remove them from every room and open all windows let some fresh air in. Otherwise a great stay

The apartment has everything one could want for a short break and Elaine was very helpful personally. and answered all our questions. Great apartment in a great location
This is a beautiful apartment which is clean and very well maintained. The place is very comfortable and extremely well equipped. The location is very convenient for Whipsiderry and Porth beaches as well as for access to the South West Coastal path. This apartment offers the advantage of being away from the noise and bustle of Newquay while being very close if you choose to drive there. It proved to be a great location, too, from which to explore southern Cornwall, with the major sights all being within a short drive. we were welcomed with a delicious pack of shortbread too!
