Nice hotel, recently renovated.
The room was large and clean with a very good shower.
Breakfast was excellent. Hot English breakfast or waffle, plus good choice of toast, yogurt, milk and cereals.

We stayed here for 1 night on a quick trip down to Cornwall. Margaret and Owen were great hosts and very attentive. Location was great, right in the centre of Newquay with lovely views of the beach. The only downside is the lack of parking at the property and being unable to get a space outside on the road, meaning we had to park in a car park.
This was only a few minutes walk away but was only free between 00:00-9:00 unlike other reviews we previously had seen saying it was free from 4pm/6pm - 9:00am

Staff / hosts were very friendly, room was clean & Comfortable, bed was great .. host asked how mattress was - as it was new .. Breakfast selection was varied & plentiful. Excellent location .. Quiet .. walkable to all nearby attractions, shopping & eateries.
