This is a lovely boutique hotel with very welcoming pleasant and helpful staff, and has lovely decor and atmosphere. It's in a great location, minutes from the teain station, and across from the beautiful sandy beach and bluffs.

The hotel is very quiet and clean. Very good situated with short walks to the beaches and shops and restaurants.Staff is friendly. During summer season the hotel probably has a problem with parking, because there are only 9 I think parking spaces, but I recommend this hotel very much.

The stairs and corridor carpet was worn and dirty, The room was a single with a double bed. bedside table one side of bed, the other side had tea and coffee staines. single wardrobe, no drawers and nowhere to put your suitcases. we got an alarm call every morning 6am with the crashing of bottles. sink was clogged up with hair.we ask for another room but the hotel was fully booked. the only good points was the staff who were amazing.

A great stay

Enjoyed my stay and was comfortable. I was disappointed about the car park fees. But a pleasant stay and more important mostly to me is cleanliness

A great welcome from the guy on reception. The car park slot allocated was not big enough for the car so we parked at the rear of the hotel which is rather a depressing area full of concrete blocks, old mattresses etc. not a good impression, The room was as described. Very clean with nice white towels and toiletries and tea/coffee provided. Downside - the room is boiling hot. Avoid room 19, I believe it is above the laundry room. Breakfast was good with a great selection.
