Accueil très sympathique. Petit déjeuner fabuleux. Chambre confortable mais salle de bain trop petite pour une famille (surtout le lavabo).

We tried for over a month to cancel our reservation with this hotel by various method and as we are in Canada the time difference was difficult for phone calls. We reached out to Expedia to contact them which they were still trying to do as of last Friday the 4th as they couldn’t get a hold of them either. Every other hotel we booked for our trip refunded money even if they didn’t have I yet this place didn’t. Due to Covid restrictions here in Canada and in the UK and flights being cancelled there was no way for us to come. Their no refund policy doesn’t allow for the current situation yet their own website states that stays are for essential travel only and proof may be required yet they don’t have the courtesy to return messages or emails to their customers. When we are finally able to come over we will not be booking here again. Maybe it is a nice place who knows but their customer service is very poor

Good accommodation, fairly clean and good service. The hotel was a tad run down and needs some updating but for the money we paid, it was worth it.

My stay was poor, there was no social distancing, some one coughing and sneezing in the breakfast room, very very loud music, service at breakfast was very delayed, will not be staying there again, we even checked out a day early.
